SAND WASHING

The material is controlled before it enters the mix.

Two sand-washing systems remove impurities and clay through multiple stages to support ready-mix concrete that meets required specifications.

06

COMMAND ALKON AUTOMATIC CONTROL

Moisture and weight corrected inside every cycle.

A sand-bin moisture sensor measures moisture during loading, and the program corrects sand and water quantities to preserve the design water-cement ratio.

Concrete scales operate to accuracy up to ±1%, with each cycle compensating for the preceding weight difference to minimise loading error.
